- Option 1: Comprehensive OER strategy: create a strategic roadmap to embed OER into your library's operations, culture, and services
- Option 2: Targeted action plan and advocacy pitch: design a focused, achievable plan to implement or improve OER practices in your current role
- Option 3: OER challenge-solution initiative: identify and respond to practical OER-related challenges in your institution or community of practice
- Final project templates: One template for each project option to help you plan and structure your submission
- Course calendar: All module release dates, assignment deadlines, and Zoom session dates
