  Your final project is your opportunity to apply what you learn across the course to your own library or institutional context. You will choose one of three project options at the start of the course and develop it gradually as you move through modules, activities, discussions, and reflections.
  
  Although the final submission is due in Week 9, you are encouraged to begin planning early and use your chosen option as a “working lens” throughout the course.
  
  Choose One Assignment Option
  
  Option 1: Comprehensive OER Strategy for your library
  Create a strategic roadmap for embedding OER into your library’s operations and culture. Suitable if you have leadership or planning responsibilities, or want to propose an institution-level strategy.
  
  Option 2: Targeted OER action plan and advocacy pitch for your library
  Design a focused and achievable plan for improving OER practice in your current role. Includes a short advocacy pitch (written or visual) aimed at decision-makers or stakeholders.
  
  Option 3: OER challenge–solution initiative
  Identify practical OER-related challenges in your context and propose realistic solutions and an implementation plan. Suitable for participants who want to troubleshoot barriers or pilot small-scale improvements.
